The Weldmaker 400SD Super Silent Diesel Welder is a versatile high performance brushless Welder/generator providing up to 400 A of D.C. welding and up to 10 kW 110 V auxiliary output. Welding and auxiliary output are available at the same time
Remote control facilities are fitted on the control panel with a 30 m remote control box optionally available. The large 40 L tank provides up to 15 h operation without refueling under normal conditions
The super silent machine has been tested and approved to the EEC Regulations 84/535/EEC at 94 dB(A) in sound power which equates to approximately 66 dB(A) at 7 m in sound pressure making it one of the quietest machines available in the European market
The Weldmaker 400SD has automatic idle fitted as standard which operates from the welding and auxiliary outputs, reducing operating noise and fuel consumption when the machine is not in use
The welding performance of the machine has been specifically designed for all types of manual metal arc electrodes, especially cellulosic electrodes
