• Our Maintained Battery Back Up fluorescent light fittings operate as a normal fluorescent fitting when the power supply to the lights is on. Should the power be lost the battery back up kicks in giving an emergency lighting source for approx 3 hours
• These Emergency Luminaires are classed as Type M3
• An initial charging period when in ‘ normal use ‘ is required to charge the battery back up units
• The battery back up units are installed inside the fluorescent light head and charge automatically when the power is on
